Today I (Jack Altham) shall found my new religion. It is called Bibble Bobble Bing, and to join all you need do is be pointed at by the little finger of any person whom says the words, Bibble Bobble Bing. Thus you shall be a member of the relgion.
As a member you are not required to adhere to ANY rule at all! (The best bit!). As it is an odd way to join members of the religion, many may be unaware of their membership. This means that many people may be of dual religions, but this does not pose a problem as there is no obligation to fight or protect this religion, to use violence in this religion is in fact, to be condoned by it.
There is no organised structure to my religion as there is no need for there to be Priests, Abbots, Bishops, Mullahs, Rabbis or any other kind of religious preacher, as there is nothing to be preached about! All that is asked is that I, Jack Altham be called High Bibbler and nothing else!
The whole concept is based on the idea in Douglas Adams's "Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy" with the religion of Softly Softly which, as it did not have any religious wars to fight, was disregarded as a religion. This is almost the intention of this religion. There is to be no conflict within, or outside of, it's ranks. So there are no titles in the religion to be contested or property to be owned or even a place in a heaven or hell to be contested.
Who knows, the religion or Bibble Bobble Bing could be the number one religionsoon, as all you need do to be a member is to be pointed at with the little finger of a follower and the words "bibble bobble bing" to be said! So join me and the others! Be a bibbler!
